发泡法合成纳米氧化铝
Synthesis of Nanosized Alumina by Frothing Method
【摘要】 采用发泡法合成了粒径约为 1 5 nm的氧化铝。考察了发泡剂种类、发泡剂 (柠檬酸 ) /Al3+、蒸发温度、发泡温度等制备条件对粒子形成过程及粒径的影响。结果表明 ,发泡剂的稳定性和适度的络合能力是合成纳米氧化铝的重要因素 ,在有机配体 (柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸 )和水溶性高分子 (聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇 )中 ,得到的柠檬酸粒径最小 ;在制备条件中蒸发温度和发泡温度对得到的氧化铝颗粒的影响较大 ,蒸发温度在 70~90℃ ;发泡温度在 1 2 0~ 1 5 0℃时为最佳。用 XRD,IR,DTG-DSC,TEM和 NMR等方法进行表征 ,探讨了发泡剂在合成纳米氧化铝过程中的作用。
【Abstract】 Alumina with particle size of ca. 15 nm was synthesized by a frothing method. Effects of frothing reagents, ratio of frothing reagent to Al 3+, frothing evaporat temperature and evaporation temperature on the particle size of product were investigated. The thermal stability and complexing ability of the frothing reagents were found to be the determined factors in synthesis of nanosized alumina. Citric acid appeared the best one among the frothing reagents tested to give the product with the smallest size, probably due to its medium complexizing ability and thermal stability. The optimum evaporation and frothing temperatures were 70~90 ℃ and 120~150 ℃, respectively. XRD, IR, DTG-DSC, TEM and NMR were used in monitoring the synthetic process.
