【摘要】 目的:阐明长期应用环孢素A(CsA)对肾移植患者肝功能的影响。方法:查阅国内外文献,综述CsA致肾移植患者肝功能损害的机理及临床表现。结果:CsA引起肝损害的机理及损害程度皆与血药浓度有关,其临床表现主要为低蛋白、高胆红素血症等。结论CsA在肾移植患者治疗中效果显著,但其对肝损害的影响也应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To interpret the effect of long -term application of Cyclosporin A (CsA)on liver function of renal transplantation patients.Methods:By consulting literatures,summarize the mechanism and clinical syndro me of hepatic injury caused by CsA in renal transplantation patients.Results:The mechanism and extent of hepatic i njury caused by CsA all relate to plasma con centration of the drug.The clinical syndromes are mainly hypoproteinmi a and hyperbilirubinemia,etc.Conclusion:CsA has significant effects in the tr eatment for renal transplantation p atients.But one should think highly of its effects on hepatic injury.更多还原
