【Abstract】 Testing examples are given for real time electro optical on line testing of the geometric size of a electronic component lead frame, the feasibility of the on line testing system for this kind of tests is demonstrated to provide a new way to increase the batch production of this product and facilitate its high speed, dynamical and non contact real time on line measurement.更多还原
