【Abstract】 With the progress of medical system reform in our country and build - up of new social security system, the competition in medical market is more and more obvious. As consumers, the patients are bound to seek for those hospitals, subjects, and experts with good reputation. Therefore, in order to expand market share, hospitals have to strengthen subject construction. In doing this, they must focus on the staff, and create a more suitable atmosphere to promote the growth of the talents. Also the hospitals have to declare fund projects, integrate research with clinie, deal with introduction and creation correctly, at the same time, strengthen the connotation construction of subjects, restructure the relevant subjects.
