板蓝根抗内毒素活性化学成分的筛选

【摘要】 目的 :对从板蓝根中分离到的 3 1种化合物做抗内毒素活性筛选。方法 :将 3 1种化合物分别制成 1mg·mL 1的无菌水溶液 ,按《中华人民共和国药典》细菌内毒素检查法检查 ,再将有活性的化合物溶液分别与可使家兔产生典型发热反应的内毒素温育后 ,按《中华人民共和国药典》热原检查法做体内实验。结果 :6种化合物有体外抗内毒素作用 ,其中 1种化合物有半体内抗内毒素活性。结论 :从已分离到的板蓝根化学成分中可筛选出抗内毒素活性化合物

【Abstract】 Objective:To screen the antiendotoxin activities of the 31 chemical compounds isolated from Radix Isatidis . Methods:A sterile aqueous solution of each of the 31 compounds was prepared at a concentration of 1 mg solute·mL 1 . All these solutions were subjected to the endotoxin assay according of the Pharmacopeia of the People’s Republic of China. Those found to be active were coincubated with endotoxin which was capable of inducing typical fever reaction in rabbits. Folutions with antiendotoxin activity were then submitted to in vivo pyrogen assay according to the Pharmacopeia of the People’s Republic of China. Results:Six compounds were shown to have antiendotoxin activity in vitro. One of these six compounds was found to have a semi in vivo antiendotoxin activity. Conclusion: Compounds with antiendotoxin activity may be screened out from the chemical constituents isolated from Radix Isatidis .
