【摘要】 目的 :比较硬膜外麻醉两种给药方式的麻醉效果。方法 :选取 4 0例健康足月产妇 ,随机分为A、B两组 (各 2 0例 )。A组 (实验组 )硬膜外穿刺成功后针尖斜面向足方 ,给予 1 33%利多卡因与 0 2 5 %布比卡因混合液 5mL ,针尖斜面再转向头置管。平卧观察 5min后给予相同麻醉药 10mL。B组 (对照组 )则按传统方式给予相同麻醉药 15mL。观察麻醉过程指标。结果 :A、B两组麻醉起效时间、阻滞神经节段数、术中牵拉程度有明显差异。结论 :A组给药方式不仅能缩短麻醉诱导时间 ,减少用药总量 ,同时镇痛效果与牵拉反应也大为改善更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the anesthetic effect by two kinds of epidural injection.Methods:Forty health full-term parturients were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases each.The patients in gronp A were injected epidarally 5ml mixed anesthetic composed with 1.33% lidocaine and 0.25% bupivacaine toward foot,then rurn needle to head and placed epidural catheter.The same mixture 10ml were injected 5 minute later.In group B the same mixure 15ml were injected by traditional method.To observe index in anesthetic course. Results:The onset time?the number of nerve segements blocked?the degree of response to visceral traction were statistically different between two groups.Conclusions:Method of group A not only shorten anesthetic induction time and deduced total dose,but also improved analgsic effect and deduced response.更多还原
