【摘要】 目的 :为抢救氟乙酰胺中毒患者 ,避免出现后遗症 ,探讨使用乙酰胺的最佳给药方式。方法 :采用静脉给药首剂 5 g ,视情况追加 2 5 g ,以后用 2 5g静脉注射每日 4次 ,维持 2～ 7d不等。结果 :静脉注射乙酰胺在抽搐停止、神志恢复方面及抢救成功率均优于肌肉注射。结论 :采用乙酰胺静脉注射救治氟乙酰胺中毒较肌肉注射效果更好更多还原
