【摘要】 目的 :探讨体外受精 -胚胎移植后宫内宫外同时妊娠的危险因素、诊断治疗。方法 :回顾性分析 1999年 3月至 2 0 0 1年 3月在我院生殖中心体外受精 -胚胎移植后临床妊娠的 179人中发生宫内宫外同时妊娠的 4例患者。结果 :4例病人中 3例为输卵管因素不孕 ,2例既往有异位妊娠史。 3例病人出现临床症状后确诊 ,1例在孕 6周B超检查发现异位胎心即确诊。 3例病人宫内妊娠获得了继续妊娠。结论 :体外受精 -胚胎移植后 ,宫内宫外同时妊娠的发生率增加 ,尤其是既往有宫外孕史及输卵管积水患者。加强B超监测有助于早诊断、早治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the incidence,risk factors and clinical characteristics and treatment methods of heterotopic pregnancy (HP) after IVF-ET.Methods:We analysed the clinical date of 4 patients with HP after IVF-ET retrospectively.Results:The rate of HP was 2.23%.3 patients had history of tubal disease,among them,2 had hydrosalpinx.2 patients had history of ectopic pregnancies.3 of the 4 patients complained of vaginal bleeding and adbominal pain.1 patient did not complain any disocmfort.3 patients of the complicated gestation continuted.Conclusion:IVF-ET appears to predispose to HP,particularly after tubal disease and ectopic pregnancy history.Close monitoring by B-ultrasound in the early weeks of pregnancy in assisted reproduction patient is important,it can prevent the deleterious effects of delayed treatment of HP.更多还原
