【摘要】 目的 为了更好地对睾丸及附睾疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声对睾丸肿瘤、睾丸扭转、睾丸血肿、睾丸炎及附睾炎症、附睾结核疾病共156例进行检查。结果 在二维图像的基础上加以应用彩色多普勒血流显像(CD-FI),诊断与鉴别诊断正确率有很大提高。结论 CDFI对上述疾病鉴别诊断中具有独到之处,为诊断睾丸及附睾疾病首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To evaluate more effective ways in diagnosis and defferential diagnosis of testicle and epididymis diseases. Methods A study using color Doppler ultrasonography was conducted on 156 patients, including testicle tumor, testicle torsion, testicle haematoma, testitis, epdidymitis and epididymis tubercle patients. Results Correct grade of diagnosis and differential diagnosis was obviously improved when using CDFI on the basis of two dimensions image. Conclusion CDFI has special value on the differential diagnosis of the above diseases. It should be first recommended in the testicle and epididymis diseases diagnosis.更多还原
