【摘要】 目的 探讨胆总管结石病例经多种影象学检查后,客现比较这些检查方法的优劣。评价螺旋CT对胆总管结石的诊断价值。方法 对20例胆总管结石患者应用螺旋CT的常规扫描加胆总管区域的容积扫描,并采用增强CT扫描方法。结果 20例胆总管结石经螺旋CT扫描检查均得到明确诊断,其中18例经手术证实,另2例由ERCP检查证实。螺旋CT检查对胆总管结石的诊断敏感性和准确性,在本组病例中都为100％。而B超检查,仅2例得到明确诊断。结论 螺旋CT对胆总管结石检查较其他影象学检查,其诊断敏感性和准确性,有较明显优势,也为临床术前诊断和治疗提供了极有价值的影象学资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To assess the advantages and limitations of various imaging modalities in diagnosis of common bile duct stones. Also to evaluate the helical CT in the diagnosis of common bile duct stones. Methods Helical CT scans before and after contrast enhancement were performed on 20 patients with common bile duct stones. Volume scan covering the area of common bile duct was added. Results Common bile duct stones were found by helical CT in all the 20 cases. Among them, 18 cases were confirmed by operation and the other 2 by ERCP examination. The sensitivity and accuracy of the diagnosis of common bile duct stones by helical CT were both 100% , diagnosis of common bile duct stones only in 2 cases Comparatively by US. Conclusion The sensitivity and accuracy of helical CT in diagnosis of common bile duct stones were superior to those of other imaging modalities. Lots of valuable imaging information could be contributed to preoperative diagnosis and clinical therapy by helical CT.更多还原
