【摘要】 [目的 ]研究公共场所环境因素与从业人员睡眠质量间的相关关系 ,为改善环境质量提高人们的健康水平提供理论依据。 [方法 ] 1999年从淄博市 4类 11个公共场所中抽取 5 2 8名从业人员为研究对象 ,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)作为睡眠质量的评价工具 ,用环境指数和环境优度对环境质量作综合评价。 [结果 ]客房、餐厅、商场、舞厅从业人员的PSQI得分分别为 5 43± 2 90、4 63± 2 76、4 2 7± 2 44、3 83± 2 40 ,4类场所间的差异有统计学意义 (F =6 2 6,P <0 0 1) ;风速、环境优度分别与PSQI及其成分评分间存在显著的负相关关系 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,CO2 与PSQI及其成分评分间存在显著的正相关关系 (P <0 0 5 ) ;多元逐步回归分析发现环境优度与睡眠质量间有线性回归关系 (偏回归系数r =-0 43 0、-3 786,P <0 0 1)。 [结论 ]环境因素是影响睡眠质量的重要因素之一 ,公共场所的环境质量评价越优 ,从业人员的睡眠质量越好更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the relationship between environmental factors and sleeping quality to provide theoretical basis for improving the environmental quality and people’s life level \528 servers were sampled as objects from 11 units of 4 kinds of public places, Zibo city in 1999 The sleeping quality was evaluated with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) The environment quality was evaluated with environmental index and environmental superiority \The PSQI scale of the servers working in bedrooms , dining rooms , department stores and dancing halls was 5 43±2 90,4 63±2 76,4 27±2 44,3 83±2 40 respectively There was significant difference among 4 kinds of public places (F=6 26,P<0 01) There was significant negative correlation between wind speed, environmental superiority and PSQI and its composition scale (P<0 01 or P<0 05) There was significant positive correlation between carbon dioxide and PSQI and its composition scale (P<0 05) The study of multiple linear regression revealed that there was relationship of linear regression between environmental superiority and sleeping quality(r=-0 430?-3 786,P<0 01) \[Conclusions\]Environment is one of the most important factors affecting sleeping quality The more superior the environmental quality of public places is, the better the server’s sleeping quality is更多还原
