【摘要】 目的　探讨双 J管内引流在输尿管结石手术中的置管方法、时间、适应症、禁忌症、并发症及处理。方法　对 1 67例输尿管结石采用开放性手术及腔内手术中应用双 J管作内支架和内引流 ,置管时间 1～3个月。结果　术后无伤口感染、漏尿等并发症。结论　双 J管具有内支架和内引流的双重作用、操作简单、并发症少等特点 ,宜于推广应用更多还原
