【摘要】 目的　探索无细胞异种真皮基质与自体头皮薄皮片复合移植在整形修复方面临床应用的可能性。方法　将制备好的无细胞异种真皮基质移植于瘢痕切除、烧伤切痂及肉芽创面上 ,4～ 5天后再移植自体头皮薄皮片 ,并观察其成活率 ,及创面修复后功能与外观恢复情况。结果　 1 5例病人共 2 5个创面 ,无细胞真皮基质的成活率为 (96 .4± 2 .6 ) % ,头皮薄皮片的成活率为 (97.44± 3 .5 ) % ,创面愈合后复合皮肤的颜色与正常皮肤协调 ,外观平整 ,弹性良好 ,无明显的瘢痕增生 ,相当或接近于自体大张中厚皮片移植的整形修复效果。结论　无细胞异种真皮基质与自体头皮薄皮片复合移植 ,成活率高 ,整复效果满意 ,头皮供区可反复供皮且不留瘢痕及影响头皮生长 ,是修复瘢痕切除及深度烧伤创面理想的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective An applicable possibility for meshed acellular dermis xenograft with scalp thinness skin in plastic renovation in 15 patients was presented Methods The meshed acellular dermis xenografted (pigskin) on the granulation and the surface of wound which was cut off scars.After four or five days scalp thinness skin was transplanted in 25 surface of wounds. We observed the survival rates and the quality which renovated the surface of wound Results The survival rate of meshed acellular dermis xenograft was (96 4±2 6)% and scalp thinness skin was (97 44±3 5)%. All grafts showed near normal skin colour and felt elastic and smooth Conclusions The combination of meshed acellular dermis xenograft and scalp thinness skin demonstrated an ideal way for the surgery of full thickness skin burn and the scar cut ,which can provide skins many times and unaffect the hair更多还原
