【摘要】 目的:观察静脉免疫球蛋白治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:Ig静脉滴注,每次2.5g,每周1次,连用8周。结果:治疗组60例中显效43例,有效14例,总有效率95％;对照组58例中显效0例,有效8例,无效50例,总有效率16％,两组相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:应用ⅣIg治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Ig by IV infusion for respiratery tract recurrent infection of children. Methods: Ig of 2. 5g was infused intravenously one time a week, for 8 weeks. Results: In treatment group 43 of 60 cases showed excellent results, 14 cases showed effectiveness, and the total effective rate was 95% . In the control group (58 cases) there was not anyone with excellent results, 8 cases showed effectiveness and 50 cases did not respond to IV infusion of Ig. The total effective rate was 16% . There was a significasnt difference between the two groups ( P < 0.01). Coudusion: IV infusion of Ig may show real effect for treatment of respiratory tract recurrent infection.更多还原
