【摘要】 目的:为了探寻鉴别1型糖尿病(DM1)和2型糖尿病(DM2)的新方法。方法:应用放射免疫法测定DM1组、DM2组和正常对照组空腹和胰高血糖素刺激后6min血清C肽水平。结果:空腹血清C肽水平:DM1组比正常对照组低(P<0.005)、DM1组与DM2组、DM2组与正常对照组虽有差异,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。胰高血糖刺激后6分钟C肽水平:DM1组比正常对照组和DM2组均低(P<0.01),DM2组与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C肽增加百分率:DM1组比正常对照组低(P<0.05),比DM2组亦低,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),DM2组与正常对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:胰高血糖素刺激后C肽测定有助于鉴别DM1和DM2。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find new means in differential diagnosis of diabetes mellitus(DM) .Methods:Serum C - peptide(C - p) levels in type 1 DM group, type 2 DM group and healthy control group. were measured by radioimmunoassay on empty stomach and 6 min after glucagons injection. Results: Fasting C - p levels were lower in type 1 DM group than those in healthy control group(P < 0.005) . But there were no significant differences in fasting C - p levels between type 1 DM and type 2 DM and between type 2 DM and healthy control group(P > 0.05) . C - p levels 6 min after glucagons injection were lower in type 1 DM than those in heathy control group(P < 0.001) and type 2 DM(P < 0.01) .There were no significant differences in 6 min C - p levels between type 2 DM group and healthy control group( P > 0.05) . Increasing percentage of C - p were lower in type 1 DM group than those in healthy control group(P <0.05) ,so than those in type 2 DM group ,but no significant differences were found between them( P > 0.05) . There were same differences between type 2 DM group and healthy control grpup( P > 0.05) . Conclusion:Measuring serum C - p levels after glucagon stimulating will help us to diagnose type 1 DM and type 2 DM.更多还原
