【摘要】 [目的 ]对善得定治疗肠外瘘进行疗效分析。 [方法 ]善得定加全肠外营养 (TPN)治疗肠外瘘 18例 ,观察肠液排出量和瘘口闭合情况。 [结果 ]全部病例肠液排出量减少 80 % ;15例病人在治疗 10～ 15天内瘘口自愈 ;1例在治疗过程中反复出现低血糖反应 ,停药后症状消失 ;1例低位结肠瘘者未能自愈转手术治愈 ;1例恶性肿瘤病人患小肠瘘 ,治疗后肠液排出量明显减少。 [结论 ]在加用 TNP的基础上 ,善得定能有效促使肠外瘘瘘口愈合 ,对高位肠瘘的疗效尤为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Sandostatin on external intestinal fistula.Sandostatin was combined with TPN for treatment of 18 cases with external intestinal fistula, where in the output of intestinal juice and healing of fistula were observed. The output of intestinal juice decreased by 80% in all cases. The healing of fistulae in 15 cases was otserved within 10 15 days. The hypoglycemia appeared again and again, then disappeared after withdrawal for one case. Another with low colonic fistula didnt heal and switched into surgery. [CONCLUSION]Combined with TNP , Sandostatin is promotive of healing for external intestinal fistula, especially for high intestinal fistula.更多还原
