【摘要】 [目的 ]评价泰索帝联合顺铂和持续滴注 5 -氟脲嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。 [方法 ]38例晚期胃癌病人分为 2组。第 1组 19例 :第 1、8、15天每日使用泰索帝 2 5 mg/m2 ,静滴 1小时 ;第 1、8天每日使用顺铂 40 mg/m2 ,ip;同时使用 5 - FU 2 5 0 mg/(m2 · d) ,持续静脉滴注 14天。第 2组 :第 1、7天每日使用吡柔比星 30 mg静注 ;第 2、8天每日使用顺铂 40 mg静脉滴注 ;第 4～ 6天每日使用足叶乙甙 10 0 mg静脉滴注。全部病例均治疗 2～ 3周期 ,观察评价疗效。 [结果 ]第 1组 19例 ,其中完全缓解 1例 ,部分缓解 12例 ,总有效率 6 8.4%。第 2组 19例 ,其中完全缓解1例 ,部分缓解 9例 ,总有效率 5 2 .6 %。统计学分析表明两组间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。两种治疗方案的主要毒副反应均为骨髓抑制和脱发。但大部分病人尚能耐受。 [结论 ]泰索帝联合顺铂和持续滴注 5氟脲密啶方案对晚期胃癌的疗效较好更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the efficacy of taxotere combined with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil continuous infusion in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer(AGC). 38 cases with AGC were divided into Taxotere group and Control group(EAP group). 19 patients of Taxotere group were treated with Taxotere (25 mg/m\+2,given by infusion during 1 h in the first,8th and 15th day)and DDP (40 mg/m\+2 ,intraperitoneal infusion on the first and 8th day)plus 5-Fu(250 mg/m\+2, given by infusion in the first to 14th day), repeated every 4 weeks. Another 19 cases of EAP group received THP(30mg,iv in the first and 7th day )plus VP-16(100mg,iv in 4th and 6th day)plus DDP(40mg,iv in the second and 8th day), repeated every 4 weeks. Tumor assessment was done after 2 or 3 cycles. CR and PR in the Taxotere group had one case and 12 case separately, and the effective rate was 68.4%. There were one case of CR and 9 cases of PR in the EAP group and the effective rate was 52.6%. Statistical difference was noted in response between the two groups (P<0.01).The main adverse effects were bone marrow suppression and alopecia. All the adverse effects were tolerable. [CONCLUSION] This study suggested that Taxotere-5FU-DDP regime was a safe and effective therapy for patients with AGC.更多还原
