云南省西双版纳州蚊虫自然感染乙型脑炎病毒的研究

【摘要】 在西双版纳州景洪、勐海和勐腊县(市)捕获成年雌性蚊虫8属34种34508只。夜晚在农村畜圈及其周围采获蚊虫21种,优势蚊种为棕头库蚊和三带喙库蚊;白天在野外竹林采获蚊虫25种,优势蚊种为圆斑伊蚊和白纹伊蚊。从三带喙库蚊(8株)、霜背库蚊(4株)、伪杂鳞库蚊(3株)、环带库蚊(1株)、棕头库蚊(1株)、中华按蚊(3株)、刺扰伊蚊(2株)、白纹伊蚊(1株)、窄翅伊蚊(1株)和常型曼蚊(1株)中分离到乙型脑炎病毒25株。分析认为,三带喙库蚊是当地乙型脑炎病毒的主要传播媒介,伪杂鳞库蚊和霜背库蚊亦是该病毒的重要传播媒介。白纹伊蚊等带毒蚊种亦参与该病毒的传播。

【Abstract】 A total of 34508 adult female mosquitoes belonging to 34 species of 8 genera were captured from Jinghong,Menghai and Mengla Counties, Xishuangbanna prefecture,Yunnan province, China. During the night,the 21 species mosquitoes were collected in the rural stable and nearby regions and the superior mosquito species were Culex fuscocephalus and C. tritaeniorhynchus. During the day, the 25 species mosquitoes were collected in the bamboo forest and the superior mosquito species were Aedes annandalei and Ae. albopictus. Mosquitoes captured were examined by C6/36 cell method and suckling mouse method. Twenty five strains of Japanese encephalitis (JE) virus were isolated from C. tritaeniorhynchus (8 strains). C.whitmorei(4 strains), C. pseudovishnui (3 strains), C.annulus (1 strain), C. fuscocephalus (1 strain), Anopheles sinensis (3 strains), Ae. vexans (2 strains), Ae. albopictus (1 strain), Ae. lineatopennis (1 strain) and Mansonia uniformis (1 strain). These results indicated that C. trtaeniorhynchus was the main transmitting vector of JE virus in Xishuangbanna, while C. whitniorei and C. pseudovishnui were also important transmitting vector of JE virus in Xishuangbanna.
