【Abstract】 To study the infective rate of erythrocytes, the growth of parasite of plasmodium Falciparum and the quality of bollds to culture palasite of P. f by stored at temperature of 4 C in vitro. The results show that erythrocyte longevity are up to 75 days. It is suggested that erythrocytes can be cultared up to so days.更多还原
