【Abstract】 Objective: To study the toxicity and antisenile function. Method: Acute toxicity test inmice and rat, Ames test, micronucleus assay of polychromatic erythrocytes inmice bone marrow, chromosome aberration of testicular cellsinmice, antisenile test in drosophila melanogaster, D-galactose aging mode test were used. Result: grape seed extract proanthpeyanidin capsule had not acute toxicity and inherits toxicity. antisenile test in deosophila melanogaster, D-galactose aging mode test were masculine. Conclusion: grape seed extract proanthoeyanidin capsule was safe and could prolong the life.更多还原
