【摘要】 目的　探讨白内障手术中 1 2点与 1 0点半角巩膜隧道切口区域损伤睫状前血管的差异。方法　在 2 0 0 0年 5～ 1 1月期间进行白内障手术的患者 ,以阶性选择的方法 ,选择 1 2点与 1 0点半的角巩膜隧道切口 ,术中统计该区域内有无睫状前血管。结果　 1 0 6眼中选择 1 2点为中心的角巩膜隧道式切口者 50眼 ,区内有睫状前血管者 30眼占 60 0 %。选择 1 0点半切口者 56眼 ,区内有睫状前血管者 1 3眼占 2 3 2 1 %。经统计学处理有显著差异t=4 97,P <0 0 5。结论　白内障手术 1 0点半角巩膜隧道式切口区域睫状前血管损伤的发生率明显少于 1 2点角巩膜隧道切口区域更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the difference of anterior ciliary vessels injuvy between the corneoscleral incision at 12:00 or 10:30 in cataract surgery.Methods With the stage selection method,corneoscleral incision was selected at 12:00 or 10:30 in patients treated with cataract surgery from May 2000 to November 2000.Anterior ciliary vessels of were counted during the operation.Results In 50 eyes with 12:00 incision,30 eyes (60.0%)had regional anterior ciliary vessels.56 eyes with 10:30 incision,13 eyes (23.21%)had regional anterior ciliary vessels.There was significant difference in statistics ( t=4.91,P<0.05 ).Conclusion In cataract surgery,the injury of anterior ciliary vessels at 10:30 incision is much less than 12:00.更多还原
