【摘要】 目的　观察羟基磷灰石义眼座植入同时结膜囊成形的效果。方法　 1 9例眼球严重损害同时伴部分结膜囊缩窄 1 9眼 ,在眼内容摘除 ,羟基磷灰石义眼座植入的同时行唇粘膜移植结膜囊成形术。结果　全部1 9眼唇粘膜移植成功 ,结膜囊成形良好 ,未见并发症。结论　对部分结膜囊缩窄患者 ,可在羟基磷灰石义眼座植入的同时行结膜囊成形术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinic effect of hydroxyapatite(HA) implantation combined with conjunctival sac plasty.Methods 19 cases (19 eyes) with globe disorders and conjunctival sac atrophy were operated by eviseration,HA implant and conjunctival sac plasty using lip mucosa transplantation in the same procedure.Results Conjunctival sac plasty with lip mucosa transplantation were successful in all 19 cases,no complications appeared.Conclusion It was recognised that eviseration,HA implantation and conjunctival sac plasty using lip mucosa transplantation in the same procedure were the effective in the same procedure were the effective method on those cases with mild and moderate conjuctival sac atrophy.更多还原
