【摘要】 目的　探讨人工晶状体睫状沟缝线固定术的改良手术方法。方法　术中使用人工晶状体穿线器对 36例 (36眼 )无后囊支撑病例行改良手术 ,一期手术 2 7例 ,二期手术 9例。结果　术后视力均明显改善 ,其中≥ 0 5者 30例 (83 33 % ) ,术中眼内出血及术后人工晶状体偏位是主要并发症。术后随访 6～ 2 4月 ,未见严重并发症发生。结论　本改良手术方法是一种安全可行的后房人工晶状体睫状沟缝线固定术式更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the improved method of ciliary sulcus sutured intraocular lens(IOL) implantation.Methods 36 cases without posterior capsule support were performed with IOL threading apparatus in the improved surgery of ciliary sulcus sutured IOL implantation,including primary implantation in 27 cases and secondary implantation in 9 cases.Results Patients regained vision 0.5 or better in 30 cases (83.33%),intraoperative hemorrhage and postoperative IOL deviation were the main complications,no sever complications were found in 6～24 months postoperative following up.Conclusion The improved technique is effective and safe in posterior IOL implantation by ciliary sulcus sutured fixation.更多还原
