【摘要】 目的　探讨人工晶状体后房缝合固定二期植入法的临床效果。方法　对 38例 40眼人工晶状体后房型缝合固定二期植入法的手术方法、手术效果及注意事项进行了观察 ,并以同期前房人工晶体植入术 1 8例为对照组 ,进行对比分析。结果　术后随访 3～ 6月 ,平均 4月。矫正视力 >0 .8者占 30 % ,无严重并发症 ,可比指标均优于对照组。结论　人工晶状体后房缝合固定二期植入法为治疗晶状体、玻璃体切除术后 ,无晶状体囊支持的患者 ,提供了一个安全可靠的手术方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the efficacy of secondary transscleral suture fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.Methods 38 cases (40 eyes) operated with secondary transscleral suture fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lenses implantation were analyzed.The operating methods,surgical results and notices were discussed.Results All patients were followed up 3～6 months.30% of the case got cororected visual acuity of 0.8 or better.There was no serious complication happened.Conclusion The secondary transscleral suture fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens is a safe and effective method in the eyes absent capsular support after vitrectomy-lensectomy.更多还原
