【摘要】 目的 探讨眼前段复合伤结构紊乱多联手术的效果。方法 对２４例眼前段外伤患者在局麻下分别行穿孔伤缝合、瞳孔成形术、浑浊晶状体摘出、前段玻切及人工晶状体植入术。结果１９例Ⅰ期植入人工晶状体。６例瞳孔成形，随访１～２４月，视力均较术前明显提高。结抡 严格掌握手术适应证并运用娴熟的技术，多联手术是眼前段结构紊乱重建、恢复视功能的首先术式之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the methods and effects of combined surgeries for anterior segment reconstruction. Methods Anterior seg- ment reconstruction in 24 eyes includes: suturing of perforation wounds, reforming the pupil extraction traumatic cataract, anterior segment vit- rectomy and IOL implantation Results The primary posterior chamber intraocular lens were implanted in 19 eyes, pupil reformation was per- formed on 6 eyes. Follow up for 1 - 24 months, the postoperative visual acuities in 7 eyes were≥0.5 (29.3%), 12 eyes(50%) were in 0.2- 0.4, 5 eyes(20.7%) <0.2.Concluslon The Combined surgeries are the best operation modes in anterior segment reconstruction and visual acuity recovery . Proper selection of indication and skillful manipulation are the key points of the surgery.更多还原
