【摘要】 目的 观察玻璃体切除联合手术治疗严重眼外伤的临床效果。方法 采用标准三切口玻璃体切除联合白内障人工晶状体植入、眼内异物摘出、视网膜脱离复位术等治疗严重眼外伤８２例。结果 术后视力提高６０例，占７３．２％。盲率由治疗前８４．１％降至３１．７％，其中２７例视力提高到０．３以上，２９例视力在０．０５～０．３。３５例眼内异物均一次手术摘出，视网膜脱离复位率达８１．３％。结论 玻璃体切除联合手术治疗严重眼外伤术后视力恢复较好、并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of vitrectomy combined surgery in severe ocular injury. Methods 82 eyes with severe ocular injury were treated with vitrectomy combined with lensectomy and IOL implantation, retinal reposition, extraction of intraocular foreign body (IOFB) and so on. Results Postoperative vision improved in 60 eyes (73.2%) Blind rate decreased to 31.7% from pre - operation 84. 1 % . Of 82 eyes, postoperative visual acuity was beter than 0. 3 in 27 eyes, 0.05 -0.3 in 29 eyes.35 cases with IOFB were successfully ex- tracted in once operation. Reposition rate of retinal detachment reached to 81.3%. Conclusion The vision efficacy of treating severe ocular injury with vitrectomy combined surgery is very effective , and complica- tions is lower.更多还原
