国产羟基磷灰石生物活性义眼座与眼窝成形术
Domestic bioactive artificial eye stat of hydroxyapatite and ocular socket plastic surgery
【摘要】 目的 探讨国产羟基磷灰石(domestic hydroxyapatite,HA)义眼座的生物活性及临床应用效果。方法 对国产羟基磷灰石进行了生物相容性的动物实验研究及将其植入人眼窝98眼。结果 生物相容性良好,成功90眼,义眼活动度15°~35°,获得满意的整容效果。结论 国产羟基磷灰石义眼座是目前眼窝成形术中可供选择的较佳材料之一。
【Abstract】 Objective To search for the biocompatibility of domestic artifical eye seat of hydroxapatite (HA) and the effect of clinical use in orbital reconstruction. Methods Animal experiment study and 98 eyes of or- bital reconstruction surgical technique are described. Results We drew a conclusion that domestic hydroxyapatite eye seat have well biocmpatible and 90 patients’s sockets have been corrected very well and the prosthet- ic mobility and the cosmetic appearance are excellent during a follow-up of 48 months. Conclusion It is considered that at present domestic ar- tifical hydroxyapatite eye seat is one of the best selection for socket re construction..
