【摘要】 为了进一步降低卡提素（卡介菌多糖核酸,BCG-PSN）中蛋白质含量,使之符合《中国生物制品规程》标准,以复合分离剂对蛋白质含量超过1％的卡提素进行去蛋白处理研究。结果表明:在核酸、多糖含量基本不变,成品损失 6％～10％的情况下,蛋白质含量可降至0 7％左右,经过处理后的卡提素,各指标均符合（中国生物制品规程）中“精制卡介菌多糖核酸”标准。该方法简单易行,去蛋白效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, BCG-PSN samples which content of protein exceed 1 % have been studied to reduce the content, The experimental results showed that the content of protein can be reduced to 0.7% by the compound reagents, while the contents of the nucleic acid and polysaccharide have been unchanged. After the experiment, the BCG-PSN (biochemical medicine) is up to the standard of biological products. The method is simple and easy to do.
