【摘要】 目的　探讨中药制剂狼疮静颗粒对狼疮动物模型的治疗作用机制。方法　对发病早期 (6周龄 )BXSB狼疮鼠 ,短期 (1周龄 )给予狼疮静颗粒及糖皮质激素、去甲肾上腺素等多处理因素干预 ,正交设计实验 ;流式细胞仪 (FACS)检测腹腔巨噬细胞Ⅰa抗原表达。结果　狼疮静颗粒对腹腔巨噬细胞Ⅰa抗原表达具有弱于激素的明显下调作用 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　狼疮静颗粒对系统性红斑狼疮的作用机制与调节抗原提呈细胞的MHCⅡ类分子表达 ,发挥其免疫下调作用有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect and regulatory mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine presicription "lupus quiescence granules" on murine models Methods The BXSB lupus murine model in its early stage (6 week old) was determined,and short termed (1 week duration)"lupus quiescence"(LQ),glucocorticosteroids (GC),and norepinephrine as the interventions The expression of Ⅰa antigen on peritoneal exudative macrophages was examined by FACS Results LQ can down regulate the Ⅰa expression of macrophages,however,its action is weaker than GC′s ( P <0 05) Conclusion The therapeutic mechanism of LQ may relate to its down regulatory effect on antigen presenting cells′ class II MHC molecules expression更多还原
