【摘要】 目的 :探讨牙周炎与人体骨密度 (Bonemineraldensity ,BMD)之间的关系。方法 :收集中度到重度成人牙周炎患者 2 0例 ,牙周组织健康者 2 0例 ,采用双能X线骨密度仪 (Dualenergyx -rayabsorptiometry ,DEXA)测定每例研究对象的腰椎和髋部骨密度值。结果 :牙周炎组髋部骨密度值低于牙周组织健康组 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;两组腰椎骨密度值差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :牙周炎与髋部骨量减少有关更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To explore the possible relationship between periodontitis and BMD. METHODS: 20 patients with median or severe chronic periodontitis and 20 patients with normal periodontal tissues. Bone mineral density (BMD) of their lumbar vertebra and coxofemoral region was measured by dual energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA).RESULTS: The BMD of coxofemoral region in periodontitis patients was significantly lower than that of normal persons (P<0.01). The BMD of lumbar vertebrae had not significantly different between periodontitis patients and normal persons (P>0.05).CONCLUSION: Periodontitis has a relationship with decrease of BMD at coxofemoral region.更多还原
