【摘要】 目的 :观察甲硝唑在治疗急性根尖周炎及慢性根尖周炎急性发作过程中对疼痛症状的影响。方法 :门诊就诊的 10 0例患者随机分为甲硝唑组和FC组 ,每组 5 0例 ,常规根管预备后封药观察 1～ 7d疼痛的变化。结果 :甲硝唑组封药 1d后患牙疼痛消失者 12例 ,其余 38例在 2～ 4d疼痛全部消失。FC组封药 2d后有 9例疼痛消失 ,其余在 3～ 7d疼痛消失。结论 :甲硝唑封药治疗急性根尖周炎和慢性根尖周炎急性发作的患者疼痛消减早于FC组。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the change of pain of acute periodical inflammation or chronic periodical inflammation with acute exacerbation under treatment of metronidogole. METHODS:After routing preparation of the root canal, it was sealed with metronidogole or FC seperately. Then the change of pain was observed for 7 days. RESULTS: In the group of metronidogole pain was alleviated obviously after first day and disappeared completely after two to four days. In the group of FC the symptom of pain was relieved somewhat later. CONCLUSION:Metronidozole has obvious suppressive effect to anaerobic bacteria in the root canal.更多还原
