声波、超声波、手用根管器械预备弯曲根管的效果比较

【摘要】 目的 :比较声波、超声波和手用根管器械预备弯曲根管的效果。方法 :采用 3种根管器械预备树脂块模拟根管并进行比较。结果 :30个树脂块模拟根管预备效果显示 :声波、超声波和手用器械根管预备效果无显著性差异。结论 :声波根管器械具有临床应用价值

【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate the effects of sonic,ultrasonic instrumentation and hand instrumentation techniques on curved root canals. METHODS: Thirty resin blocks with curved root canals were divided into three groups. Each group was instrumented by one of the following techniques: hand instrumentation,sonic instrumentation using the sonic air MM1500 unit and ultrasonic instrumentation using Odontoson-M unit . RESULTS: There was no statistically significant difference between these groups. CONCLUSION: The sonic instrumentation systems are of clinical value.
