【摘要】 目的 :比较氢氧化钙和甲醛甲酚 (FC)对去髓术和根管治疗术的封药效果。方法 :将Wistar大鼠的下颌第一磨牙作实验牙 ,制备根尖周病动物模型。用氢氧化钙糊剂和FC分别封入实验牙近中根管进行去髓术和根管治疗术 ,术后分别观察 1、2、3、6和 10周。结果 :去髓术组中 ,FC组早期有炎症反应 ,氢氧化钙组炎症反应较轻 ;10周时氢氧化钙组出现根尖周骨质新生。根管治疗术组中 ,以FC组的尖周炎症消退最快 ,氢氧化钙组次之 ,3周时两组的炎症均消失 ,10周时氢氧化钙组出现根尖骨质新生。结论 :氢氧化钙作为去髓术和根管治疗术中的根管封药具有较理想的药理作用更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To compare the drug closing effect of calcium hydroxide or FC in pulpectomy and root canal therapy in rat. METHODS: The root canals of first mandibular molar teeth of Wistar rats were used to establish the animal model of apicitis. The root canals were treated with pulpectomy and root canal therapy and closed by calcium hydroxide or FC. Histopathology in periapical region was surveyed for 1、2、3、 6 and 10 weeks after operation respectively. RESULTS: Concerning the group of the pulpectomy, there was early inflammation in FC group while there was gentle inflammation in the calcium hydroxide group. There was new periapical osteoanagenesis in the group of calcium hydroxide after 10 weeks. Concerning the root canal therapy group, the inflammation disappeared faster in the FC group than that in the calcium hydroxide group. The inflammation disappeared completely all after 3 weeks.There was new periapical osteoanagenesis in the calcium hydroxide group after 10 weeks. CONELUSION: Calcium hydroxide has considerable drug closing effect on rat pulpectomy and root canal therapy.更多还原
