便携式模块化S2000型光谱仪性能分析
Study on Stability of the Portable and Modularized S2000 Spectrometer
【摘要】 介绍了便携式模块化S2 0 0 0型光谱仪的测量原理及方法 针对不同的目标 ,通过多次测量 ,估算出测量误差 ,进而对此仪器的性能进行了评价 ,此仪器在光谱响应范围内性能稳定
【Abstract】 The measure theory and method of the portable and modularized S2000 spectrometer are described.By repeated measuring for different targets,the errors are computed and the stability of the S2000 spectrometer is analyzed.This spectrometer is stable at the response wavelength range.
