【摘要】 基底承载力不足是导致软基底高排土场整体失稳的内在因素。根据地基极限承载力理论 ,提出了以基底承载力评价软基底高排土场稳定性的新方法。结合工程实践 ,对平朔安太堡露天煤矿南排土场滑坡特征进行了分析 ,通过对基底承载力的验算 ,表明那次滑坡是因为基底土层承载力不足而造成的更多还原
