多层建筑沉降缝对倾碰顶及纠偏实例
Practical cases of leaning and rectification of multiple-story buildings with a settlement joint
【摘要】 上海某小区两幢相同的、设有沉降缝的住宅出现了沉降缝两侧结构单元对倾碰顶现象。其中一幢楼采取了减薄沉降缝上部两侧墙体、加大沉降缝上部净宽的措施 ;另一幢楼进行了锚杆静压桩加固纠偏。本文主要介绍工程概况及其处理前后的基础变形变化情况 ,并对其变形特点及导致沉降缝碰顶的原因进行了初步分析。
【Abstract】 There are two buildings which are both separated into two units by settlement joint. It’s found that the two units were leaning opposite to each other. The width of settlement joint of one building was enlarged by reducing the width of upper walls and the other building was rectified by statically jacked piles with anchor bars, so that the two units will not contact at the top. The general situation and deformation of foundation of the two buildings are introduced.The reasons inducing the two buildings to contact at the top are preliminarily analyzed.
