煤岩开采过程冲击地压发生机理及数值模拟研究
STUDY ON GENERATION AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF IMPACT PRESSURE IN COAL LAYER MINING PROCESS
【摘要】 通过对老虎台矿区的厚煤层开采过程中地压问题的现场调查,分析了该矿冲击地压显现突出的原因,应用RFPA系统对厚煤层开采过程周围应力场进行了数值模拟,模拟结果再现了该矿区软岩层开采过程中冒落的动态发展过程。通过对煤层开采过程中应力场的演化过程,说明内、外应力场的存在、开采过程、煤体力学性质对冲击地压发生的影响。对老虎台矿区开采过程中冲击地压的预测与防治具有借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 The pressure problem of thick coal layer is investigated in Laohutai Mine, the cause of its outburst is analyzed, and a rock failure process analysis code, RFPA, is used to simulate the stress field during mining thick coal layer. The results demonstrate the process of outburst from the crack initiation, propagation, coalescence and to the outburst. The numerically obtained stress field during coal deformation and failure process indicates the effect of the existence of the inner-stress field, mining process, mechanical properties of coal on the impact ground pressure. It is useful reference for forecasting and presenting the occurrence of coal outburst during mining process.
