三元复合体系乳状液在岩石介质中渗流的数值模拟
NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF OILALKALINE-SURFACTANT-POLYMER EMULSION FLOW THROUGH ROCK MEDIA
【摘要】 三元复合驱是一种具有广阔应用前景的采油新方法,通过数值模拟的手段研究三元复合体系在岩石中的渗流规律对于三元复合驱在石油工程中的应用具有十分重要的意义。为此,作者配置了7种不同成分的乳状液,通过流变实验得出了乳状液流变曲线。研究表明,原油/三元复合体系乳状液为非牛顿流体,其流变方程可用幂律方程表示。在流变实验的基础上,根据渗流连续性方程,推导给出了原油/三元复合体系乳状液在岩石介质中的渗流方程。在对非线性渗流分析的基础上,利用ANSYS应用软件,对渗透系数矩阵进行了相应的调整,给出了模拟乳状液在地下渗流的方法。最后,利用ANSYS软件,对原油/三元复合体系乳状液在一区块内的渗流情况进行了数值模拟,得到了井间的压力分布曲线和区块模型中的压力分布情况。
【Abstract】 Alkaline-surfactant-polymer (ASP) flooding is a new oil developing method. Simulation of oil/ASP emulsion in oil reservoir is very important. In order to study the simulation method, seven different kinds of emulsion were compounded. By rheology experiments of the emulsions, rheology characters of emulsions were studied. The experiments show that the ASP emulsion is non-Newton fluid, the rheology relation can be expressed by exponential equation. According to the seepage continuum equation and emulsion rheology relation, mathematical models to simulate emulsion flow in rock media was obtained. After modification of the percolation coefficient matrix, the authors used the ANSYS software to simulate a selected oil-field range. Pressure distribution results of the simulated range showed that the simulation method is reasonable. The paper provides a new simulation method of ASP emulsion flow in porous media, and it’s very significant for oil development.
