选厂磨矿分级控制系统的开发与应用

【摘要】 在分析选矿工艺基础上 ,采用先进的工业控制机和可编程控制器 (PLC) ,开发了夏甸金矿选厂磨矿分级过程的集散控制系统 (TDCS)。应用实践表明 ,该系统技术先进 ,性能可靠。本文介绍了控制目的 ,控制方法 ,系统模块设计 ,系统实现 ,系统特点等。

【Abstract】 On the base of analyzing the technics of mine run, we have developed the TDCS of grinding mine classification process in Xia Dian Gold Mine by adapting advanced industry control machine and PLC. The practice indicates the system is advanced and performance is credibility. The paper introduces the object of control ,the method of control, module design of system, the implement of system, the features of system and so on..
