【摘要】 目的　探讨肺鳞癌中MMP - 2的表达水平与肿瘤侵袭转移性的关系 ,研究在肺鳞癌中MMP - 2与 p5 3蛋白的相互关系。方法　应用免疫组化法 (SP法 )检测 5 0例肺鳞癌患者术后的石蜡包埋标本中MMP - 2、p5 3的表达情况。结果　MMP - 2在肺鳞癌组织中呈高表达 (76 .0 % ) ,MMP - 2的表达与肿瘤大小、分化程度、淋巴结转移明显相关 ,而与肿瘤部位、患者年龄无关。MMP - 2过度表达与 p5 3基因的突变有关。结论　MMP - 2的表达与肺鳞癌的侵袭转移性有关。p5 3基因突变后MMP - 2表达增强更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To determine the expressions of MMP-2 and p53 in lung squamous cell carcinoma. Expression of MMP-2 were analyzed with p53 to discuss its significance. Methods\ Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expressions of MMP-2 and p53 in the neoplastic tissues of 50 patients of lung squamous cell carcinoma. Results\ Over-expression of MMP-2 was observed 76.0% in lung squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of MMP-2 has association with the degree of cell differentiation, tumor size and lymph node metastasis, and the expression of MMP-2 has no association with tumor location and age of the patients. Higher expression of MMP-2 had association with p53 gene mutation. Conclusions\ The expression of MMP-2 has association with the invasion and metastasis in lung squamous cell carcinoma. p53 gene may regularize the process of ECM degrading by MMP-2.更多还原
