新型表面活性剂的合成及其在羊毛染色中的应用
SYNTHESIS OF NOVEL SURFACTANT AND ITS APPLICATION IN WOOL DYEING
【摘要】 采用聚乙二醇、环氧氯丙烷、三氟化硼乙醚络合物、十八伯胺等经开环、缩合、硫酸酯化等反应制备了新型表面活性剂,并将其用于羊毛染色,探讨了不同浓度、温度、pH值对羊毛纤维染色性能的影响.实验结果表明:该助剂在弱酸性染料染色中既有促染又有缓染效果,可解决羊毛染色的不匀染的问题,可替代同类进口助剂AlbegalB.
【Abstract】 With polyethylene glycol, epichlorohydrin, boron trifluoride etherate, octadecyl primary amine, etc. As starting material, new surfactant was prepared through reactions of ring-opening, condensation and esterification of sulfuric acid. And it is applied to wool dyeing. The effect of concentration, temperature, pH on the dyeing behaviour of wool fibre was studied. The experimental result indicated that this agent has both accelerating and retarding effect when acid dyes are applied from a weakly acid liquor. It can solve the problem of unlevel dyeing of wool and replace Albegal B the imported agent of the same kind.
