【摘要】 制备水溶性封端聚氨酯整理剂,对影响反应的因素、加入抗氧剂对泛黄的影响进行了探讨.结果表明采用PET1000、TDI,在预聚时立即添加抗氧化剂,预聚2h等条件下合成的水溶性封端聚氨酯整理剂处理纯白真丝电力纺后,湿弹回复角(经 +纬)由200°增大至300°,且整理后的丝绸白度无明显下降.更多还原

【Abstract】 End-terminated water soluble polyurethone (PU) finishing agent was prepared. Factors influencing reaction, addition of antioxidant and yellowing were investigated. The results indicated that when pure white(power woven) real silk habutai was treated with the end-terminated water soluble PU finishing agent which was synthesized with PET1000, TDI under the conditions:immediat addition of antioxidant when prepolymerizing and prepolymerization duration being 2 hours, the wet elastic recovery angle of the treated fabric(weft+warp)increased from 200° to 300° and the fabric didn′t show remarked reduction in whiteness.更多还原
