阳离子染料高压可染聚酯纤维常压染色的研究

【摘要】 采用分散型阳离子染料对聚酯纤维(CDP)进行染色试验,分析了染色的影响因素及分散型阳离子染料和分散染料拼混对染色性能的影响.结果表明:阳离子染料高压可染涤纶(CDP)可以在常压下染色.pH值为4.5~5,100℃染色时,延长保温时间或采用阳离子染料与分散染料拼混染色均可提高染色性能

【Abstract】 Dyeing experiment was conducted on cationic dyeable polyester(CDP) with disperse type cationic dyes. The factors influencing dyeing and the effect of the mixture of disperse type cationic dyes with disperse dyes on dyeing behaviour were analysized. The results indicated that high-pressure/ cationic dyeable polyester can be dyed at normal pressure at 100℃ with pH 4.5~5 and that dyeing behaviour can be improved by extending temperation keeping time or by using the mixture of cationic dyes with disperse dyes.
