新型活性染料印花糊料QDU的性能研究
PERFORMANCE STUDY ON THE NEW PRINTING PASTE QDU FOR REACTIVE DYES
【摘要】 研究了新型活性染料印花糊料的性能.结果表明:该新型活性染料印花糊料在低浓度下有较高的粘度,其粘度在pH值5~11保持不变,流变性能好,耐酸碱性及抗重金属离子性能均优于海藻酸钠.可替代海藻酸钠用作活性染料印花糊料,并且能够明显降低活性染料印花成本
【Abstract】 Performance study on the new printing paste for reactive dyes indicated that it has high viscosity at low concentration and its viscosity remains constant at pH 5~11. It has better rheological property, better resistance to acid, alkali and heavy metal ions than sodium alginate. This product can replace sodium alginate as printing paste for reactive dyes, since it can remarkedly lower the production cost.
