固体激光器微通道制冷系统的研究
Research on Microchannel Cooling System for Solid State Laser
【摘要】 介绍了一种新型的冷却系统—微通道制冷系统。固体激光器微通道制冷器是金属厚壁内打有微通道 ,将传导冷却与流体 (吸热液体或压缩气体 )冷却紧密结合起来的一种新型制冷器件。理论分析证明该器件大大加强了热传导能力 ,提高了对激光棒温度控制的时间灵敏度。并对端面二级管泵浦固体激光器冷却系统进行了设计。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new kind of cooling system-Microchannel cooling system. Microchannel cooling device for solid laser is a new kind of cooling one combining heat-conducted solid metal with heat-absorbed flowing materials (e.g. liquid or gas), through the microchannels made in the plate. Analysis proved that heat-conducted ability and the time accury for temperature-controlled crystal rod are improved greatly by the system. And microchannel cooling system based on diode-edge-pumped Nd: YAG laser is designed.
