磁弹硬度检测仪的研制
Development of Testing Hardness Instrument by means of Magneto-elasticity Noise Technique
【摘要】 磁弹性波是铁磁材料在局部交变磁场作用下,材料内磁畴矢量的不可逆转动,90°,180°畴壁的不可逆壁移产生的物理效应。该效应释放的信号依赖于材料受力状态,组织含量,热处理过程。利用磁弹波的这个特点,可以在线检测铁磁材料表面硬度。本文介绍应用该技术研制的磁弹硬度检测仪的电路系统及性能。
【Abstract】 The Barkhausen noise is a kind of physical effect that is caused by sudden irreversible motion of magnetic domain walls inside ferromagnetic materials when they are subjected to alternating magnetic field. It has been demonstrated that the Barkhausen noise is strongly dependent on the characteristics of materials such as mi-crostructure,heat treatment,hardness and stress state etc. Therefore,it can be used as an NDT tool for investigating those intrinsic properties of magnetic materials. Here a kind of circuit system is presented which is used to test the hardness of materials using the magnetic Barkhausen noise technique.
