【Abstract】 Based on the method of double counters it gives a new way of the measuring parallel muti-channel frequency signal. It has not only the advantage of very wider testing range, but alss ease to expand to the numbers of test channel with occupying less hardware resources, could be widely applied to the parallel muti-channel frequency signal monitoring and the wide-range varying frequency signal testing during the transition process; last, an actual example is given.更多还原
