【摘要】 织物都有缩水特性。因此 ,织物在出厂上市以前要经过预缩机进行“预缩” ,对不同材料织物预缩率的下限 ,国家标准和国际标准都有定量规定。目前我国主要靠人工抽样估测后调整预缩率 ,方法落后精度差 ,严重阻碍了纺织品的大量出口。为了彻底改变纺织品预缩率测量的落后状况 ,纺织品预缩率光电在线测定仪已研制成功。本文介绍仪器的总体原理 ,提高仪器测量精度的措施 ,最后给出仪器的测试结果及精度更多还原

【Abstract】 The textile always shrinks when it is washed so that it must be shrunk by preshrunk machine before it comes into the market. The textile preshrunk ratio of various materials is limited not only at home but also overseas. Now the textile preshrunk ratio is measured and adjusted only by estimate of manual work so that the textile export is limited. The photoelectric instrument of on line measurement for textile preshrunk ratio has been designed in order to change this under developed status. This paper will present the principle of the instrument and discuss the measures to improve its accuracy of measurement. At last the measuring results of this instrument are given.更多还原
