【Abstract】 The basic principle of Two Part Pricing Method on transportation cost design of pipeline is introduced and its advantage is evaluated. The author considers that this method is a pricing method to adapt the transportation characteristics of natural gas pipeline. With this method,the gas demand and transmission efficiency of gas pipeline can be increased, the unit gas transmission cost can be decreased. At present, this method is widely used in pricing of pipeline transmission of natural gas.更多还原
