【摘要】 随着管道建设向大口径、高强度方向的发展,管道转向采用的弹性敷设、弯头或冷弯弯管由于在使用和制作工艺上受到一定的客观条件限制,应用数量会逐渐减少,而热煨弯管则随着制作工艺的逐渐成熟,具有良好的应用前景。特别是对于同一直径不同角度的弯管,热煨弯管可进行连续生产,且具有作业线固定,弯管质量可靠,可调性和适用性强等特点,能较好地适应各类油气管道的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the construction development of pipeline to bigger diameter and higher strength,the number of elbows and cold-bending bends used will be gradually decreased because their manufacturing process and application are limited by a certain objective condition. While the hot-bending bends will have a bright prospect in application with a matured manufacturing process,especially for the same diameter bend with any angles. The hot-bending bend can be made on a continuous base in assembly line with a reliable quality,good adjustability and adaptability. This bend can be used in oil and gas pipeline.更多还原
